FILM: MAKING-OF MYPS

I'm working on the making-of "Der Trick mit der Kamera" right now. This winter a hugh project was accomplished by students of the FH Mainz.
The short film Myps - developed and created by Alex v. Schilling and Sebastian Schnabel - was a very interesting project to work for. The bizzare science-fiction movie was shot on 16mm black&white film and every visual effect was achieved without the help of computers.

Beside helping to built the set and operating the special effects Christoph Schulte and myself did a documentary about the making such a movie. Here is a sneak preview showing a set buildup of Myps.

The Making-Of was shot in HD with the Panasonic HVX200 using P2-Memory Cards. The editing will be done with Final Cut Pro.
